HER HUSBAND LEFT HER FOR “GETTING FAT AND UGLY” AFTER CHILDBIRTH —

THREE YEARS LATER, THEY MET AGAIN AT A GALA,
AND HE COULDN’T EVEN RECOGNIZE HER BECAUSE OF HER STUNNING BEAUTY AND THE WORLD-CLASS BILLIONAIRE BY HER SID

Kavya Mehra was once beautiful and slim.
But after giving birth to her first child with Arjun Khanna, her body changed.

She gained weight.
Stretch marks appeared.
Sleepless nights left her constantly exhausted.

Instead of supporting her, Arjun grew disgusted.

“What is this, Kavya?!” Arjun shouted while getting dressed.
“You’ve become so fat! You look like a whale! I’m not attracted to you anymore. I’m embarrassed to be seen with you!”

“Arjun, I just had a baby,” Kavya cried, holding their newborn.
“I need your help—not insults.”

“I’m done,” Arjun said coldly.
“I’m leaving. I’m going with Riya. She’s sexy. She takes care of herself. Not like you—completely worn out.”

Arjun abandoned Kavya and their child in a small apartment on the outskirts of Gurugram.
No financial support.
No calls.
He vanished as if he had never existed—choosing another woman instead.

Kavya’s heart shattered.

She looked at herself in the mirror and cried.
But when she looked at her child, she wiped her tears away.

“I will rise,” she promised.
“You’ll be shocked when we meet again.”

THREE YEARS LATER

Arjun and his mistress Riya Malhotra attended an exclusive charity gala in Mumbai.
Arjun was desperate to find investors—his business was collapsing.

“Arjun, look over there,” Riya whispered.
“Someone important just arrived. There are so many photographers.”

Arjun turned toward the grand staircase.

The entire ballroom fell silent.

A woman descended the stairs wearing an emerald-green gown covered in Swarovski crystals.
Her body was sculpted—tall, confident, radiant.
Her face was breathtaking, goddess-like.

Men stared in awe.
Women watched with envy.

“Who is she?” Arjun asked, unable to look away.
“She’s… stunning. She looks familiar.”

As she drew closer, Arjun recognized her eyes.

His pupils widened.
His jaw dropped.

“K-Kavya?” he whispered.

Impossible.

The woman he once called a “whale” was now more beautiful than any celebrity.

Arjun abandoned Riya and rushed toward her.

“Kavya!” he called, blocking her path.
“It really is you!”

Kavya stopped.
She looked Arjun up and down—her gaze cold, emotionless.

“Excuse me?” she said calmly.
“Do I know you?”

“It’s me! Arjun! Your husband!” Arjun said proudly, grabbing her arm.
“You’re incredible now—so sexy, so beautiful again! I missed you so much. I know you’re angry, but we can start over. For our child.”

Now that Kavya looked “high-value” again, Arjun wanted her back.

Kavya pulled her arm away.

Ex-husband,” she corrected him.
“And don’t use our child. You disappeared for three years. Now that you see I’m doing well, you want to return? That’s shameless.”

“Kavya, I made a mistake! Riya meant nothing! You’re the one I love!”

Arjun stepped forward to embrace her—

But suddenly, a tall man stepped between them.

The man seized Arjun’s wrist and twisted it slightly.

“Ah! Who the hell are you?!” Arjun cried.

The man turned.

A foreigner—tall, impeccably handsome, dressed in a sharp tuxedo, radiating authority.

Arjun went cold.

He knew this face.

It had been on the cover of Forbes Magazine last month.

Ethan Sterling.
A world-class British billionaire and founder of one of the largest tech conglomerates on the planet.

“Is this man bothering you, sweetheart?” Ethan asked Kavya gently.

Kavya smiled at Ethan—a smile full of warmth and love she had never once given Arjun.

“Yes, love,” she replied softly.
“He’s just… someone from my past. A mistake I already corrected.”

“M-Mr. Sterling?” Arjun stammered.
“Y-you’re with Kavya?”

Ethan wrapped an arm around Kavya’s waist and kissed her forehead.

“Yes,” Ethan announced calmly.
“Kavya is not just my partner. She is my fiancée.
And she is also the new Vice President of our Asia operations.

So I suggest you show respect to my future wife—
or your little business will be wiped out by tomorrow morning.”

Arjun’s knees trembled.

Fiancée of a billionaire?
Vice President of a global company?

“Kavya,” she said, meeting Arjun’s stunned eyes.
“When you left me, I thought my world had ended. But that was actually the beginning of my rise.

I worked out.
I studied.
I rebuilt myself.
And I met a man who loved me when I was broken.”

She looked at Ethan.

“He loved me even when I still had stretch marks.
He loved me—and my child—completely.
Not like you, who only sees the surface.”

Riya grabbed Arjun’s arm.
“Arjun! This is humiliating. Let’s go!”

But Arjun couldn’t move.

He stood frozen, watching Kavya walk away hand-in-hand with her billionaire fiancé, toward the VIP area where they truly belonged.

Arjun was left alone in the crowd—
drowning in regret, shame, and realization.

He finally understood that the woman he discarded for “getting fat”
had been the greatest treasure he ever lost.
